Why I Built This

Children often need simple language for emotions before they can ask for help. Healthy Little Minds transforms emotional and behavioral concepts into friendly books, worksheets, calming tools and family guidance.

The aim is practical: make emotionally safe conversations easier to start, at home and at school.

How I Work

I combine clinical psychology training, structured research and creative educational design to make resources that feel warm, useful and age-appropriate.
