Teaching journey

Teaching language, building confidence.

ESL, IELTS and TOEFL instruction across language-learning settings

Before and alongside my clinical psychology journey, I taught learners to communicate with confidence, prepare for important exams and recognise their own progress. Those classroom lessons still shape the emotional safety and clarity built into Healthy Little Minds.

What I Brought to the Classroom

Teaching was not only about test scores. It was about helping students try, speak and grow without fear of getting everything right immediately.

How Teaching Connects to Healthy Little Minds

Teaching language taught me how much confidence depends on feeling safe enough to try. That insight guides the stories, worksheets and emotional learning tools I now create for children, families and educators.
